Questions about paying and receipts
Are the prices really tax included?
Yes. Every price on this page already includes tax. The amount shown is the amount you pay at checkout.
Which services come with an insurance receipt?
Registered massage therapy, acupuncture and osteopathy include an official practitioner receipt that most extended health plans accept. Tuina, moxibustion, hot stone massage and ear candling are wellness services and usually are not covered. We are currently unable to accept Sun Life plans.
Do I pay at the clinic or online?
You book online through Square and pay at the clinic after your session. Debit, credit and e-transfer are accepted.
Is there a price difference for a first visit?
No. First visits are the same price as follow-ups. If a service needs a longer first session, the clinic will tell you before you book.

Massage therapy, acupuncture, and osteopathy are the strongest fit for reimbursement. Some plans may also allow direct billing depending on provider and coverage details.
