Integrated treatment planning
Clients often combine massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, or Tuina based on symptoms, goals, and practitioner recommendations.
Princeton Wellness Centre is a Richmond Hill wellness clinic focused on practical, compassionate care. We combine registered therapies and traditional Chinese techniques to support pain relief, mobility, circulation, stress reduction, and postpartum recovery.
Clinic values
Most clients want clear answers about service options, booking, insurance receipts, and what follow-up may look like. That is the standard the clinic aims to meet.
Clients often combine massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, or Tuina based on symptoms, goals, and practitioner recommendations.
The clinic serves Richmond Hill and nearby York Region communities with free driveway parking, evening appointments, and online booking.
Beyond standard wellness appointments, the clinic supports Bell's Palsy recovery care, moxibustion, and postpartum breast milk duct blockage care.
Our approach
The clinic focuses on practical needs: evening availability, clear service information, insurance-ready documentation where eligible, and treatment plans that can change based on how you respond.
Our team
The original Princeton Wellness Centre site highlights three core practitioners. This section keeps that structure so visitors can quickly understand who they may be booking with.
10+ years of professional experience
Lisa integrates traditional Chinese acupuncture, Tuina massage, and modern therapeutic techniques to help clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore overall body balance. Her approach is careful, precise, and especially useful for clients who want a whole-body treatment plan rather than one isolated symptom focus.
15+ years of clinical experience
David focuses on deep tissue, sports injury, and rehabilitative massage. His background in anatomy and movement helps him build targeted treatments for pain relief, mobility improvement, and longer-term recovery support for clients dealing with muscular tension, overuse, and everyday strain.
30+ years of clinical experience
Dr. Helen focuses on traditional Chinese medicine consultation for chronic, recurring, and longer-term regulation concerns. She is currently based in New York and frequently travels between New York and China, so consultations usually begin remotely by email, with Toronto availability coordinated separately when appropriate.
Location
Princeton Wellness Centre welcomes clients from Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, Aurora, and Newmarket.
What clients can expect
Most visitors want practical clarity before they book: how parking works at a home-based clinic, whether evening availability is realistic, and whether eligible services can be reimbursed with the right receipt details. This page is meant to answer those questions early.
